Terms and Conditions \u2013 Loyalty Program Offer<\/div>\n
These terms and conditions of this promotional offer constitute a legally binding agreement between (“IFFCO”) and the participants.<\/div>\n
Promotional Offer: Purchase any Noor oil to win (“Promotional Offer”)<\/div>\n
Promoter: This promotional offer is operated by IFFCO (“Promoter”).<\/div>\n
Markets: This offer is open to residents of Saudi Arabia. All participants must be 18 years of age or older (“Participant”).<\/div>\n
Eligibility Requirements:<\/div>\n
This is an always-on type of promotional offer where with every purchase of Noor oil, the consumer joins the loyalty program and scans the purchase receipt to earn points. Every 1 Riyal spent = 1 point earned. The more points the consumer collects, the more different rewards they can redeem their gifts with.<\/div>\n
Gifts range from 10 points collected to 15,000 points, and there are multiple gifts that will consist of multiple electronic gift vouchers (gifts may change or another store for the electronic voucher may be added from time to time as required, so we reserve the right to change, add, or remove gifts as needed).<\/div>\n
Winner Selection (How and When):<\/div>\n
Start Date: Upon redeeming points for the electronic voucher<\/div>\n
End Date: A maximum of two weeks to send the gift as long as all customer details are correct<\/div>\n
Winners will be selected based on the gifts they have redeemed and contacted within two weeks.<\/div>\n
IFFCO is not responsible for any redemption that is delayed or not received due to any error, omission, delay in operation or transmission, network or software issues, or any other reason beyond the control of the website developers or IFFCO.<\/div>\n
Winner Notification:<\/div>\n
The winner will be contacted via email and will receive a call on the number provided when placing the number provided to Instashop at the time of registration. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in disqualification.<\/div>\n
Winning Prizes:<\/div>\n
Winners will receive gifts in exchange for the points they redeemed, and accordingly, they will receive the electronic voucher throughout Saudi Arabia.<\/div>\n
No cash prizes or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances beyond its control, IFFCO reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.<\/div>\n
IFFCO reserves the right to use all materials shared by participants for its social media content.<\/div>\n
Disqualification:<\/div>\n
IFFCO reserves the right to disqualify any participant without notifying the participant if the participant fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the promotional offer, such as providing a fake receipt or being under 18 years of age.<\/div>\n
IFFCO reserves the right to cancel, modify, terminate, or temporarily suspend the promotional offer at any time and for any reason without any notice whatsoever and without any liability to any user or any third party.<\/div>\n
IFFCO reserves the right to disqualify any participant without notifying the participant if the participant has provided false information in the submission form or the video submitted.<\/div>\n
9. Additional Costs:<\/div>\n
Any costs associated with accessing any digital platform are the responsibility of the participant and depend on the internet service provider used.<\/div>\n
10. Limitation of Liability:<\/div>\n
IFFCO is not liable to any third party and\/or participant in the event of any violations of any kind of rights of this third party or participant or any loss of persons or property or damages incurred by the participant\/third party by virtue of participating in this promotional offer.<\/div>\n
11. Force Majeure:<\/div>\n
If IFFCO is unable for any reason to provide the winner with the prize due to any delay or changes beyond IFFCO’s control, the winner will be compensated with an alternative prize deemed of equal or greater value.<\/div>\n
11. Participant Information and Data Privacy:<\/div>\n
By participating in this promotional offer, the participant agrees that the information provided by the participant may be used by IFFCO or the agency appointed to manage this promotional offer.<\/div>\n
